Type Culture Customs Aceh

Aceh as a tribal entity and the area is certainly very different from the other tribe or region in Indonesia. Acehnese society is a pluralistic society and "open". In this area there are several Nanggroe Darussalam subetnis, namely Aceh, Alas, Aneuk Jamee, Gayo, Kluet, Simeulu, Singkil, and Tamiang. Among subetnis above, every ethnicity has different customs, and this being a privilege of a few tribes in Indonesia. Among them are:

1. Nuptial

Marriage is something very sacred in the culture of the people of Aceh because it relates to religious values. Marriage has its own nuances and highly respected by the community. Acehnese marriage ceremony on a series of activities consisting of several stages, ranging from the selection of a mate (husband / wife), to engagement and marriage ceremony.
